How to apply to the VQA Restaurant Awards
All restaurants, bars/wine bars, restaurant chains, hotel dining rooms, private clubs, caterers and winery restaurants serving VQA Ontario wines by the bottle or glass are eligible for this award. If your wine list includes 25% or more VQA Ontario wines, submit an entry application (link below) at no cost.

2011 VQA Restaurant Award of Excellence application

A completed application and a current wine list, as well as any other supporting documents, must be submitted. Materials may also be mailed to the Wine Council of Ontario.
