This lovely wine conjures a Saskatoon berry, boysenberry, pomegranate and cherry tart, sprinkled with baking spices and black pepper, then baked over a cedar fire. It has a strikingly long finish to savour and would be heaven with a Saskatoon Berry Butter Tart. Just saying!
